Without a doubt, there are frauds in many areas, including mediumship, but there are also legitimate people, and the vast majority are not millionaires. I don’t know anything about John Edward.
I have no problem with atheism. Everyone needs to make sense of life in whatever way works for them. I’m not traditionally religious anymore, and - brace yourself - I channel the Archangels. They’re not religious either. There is no favored religion, there is no hell, the Bible shouldn’t be taken literally, and the only one who judges us is ourselves. Funny aside, I’m attacked by both Atheists and Christians alike. I don’t try to convince anyone, and I know not everyone believes that I can carry on conversations with the Angels psychically. Not a problem.
I share their messages on Medium, because they’re loving and encouraging and hopeful. I ask the Angels questions at the request of others a lot. I’ve never charged anyone a dime nor do I have any intention to ever do so. Believe it or not, I just want to help people. I know you probably don’t believe in Angels, much less that I can channel them, and I have no problem with that. I still wish you well, and frankly, it doesn’t make any difference whatever any of us believe. To each his or her own. However, I would never lump an entire group together, whether atheists, mediums, teachers, or anyone else and label or accuse them all of anything. Absolutes, generalizations, and stereotypes about any group are never credible, because everyone within any group is an individual. Blanket judgments are never accurate.
I won’t ask you or anyone else to believe me, and I have no intention of offering any proof, which I’m sure wouldn’t be credible for you. I’ll just respect that we disagree. I think science is great, but just because it hasn’t proven something, and just because you don’t understand something doesn’t mean it’s not true. Best wishes.
