The Archangels Offer Advice and Guidance
The benefits of meditation are well known and include such things as reduction in anxiety, depression, stress, and blood pressure and strengthening the immune system, increasing self-awareness, improving focus, imagination, creativity, and patience. Whereas not too long ago it was categorized largely under that ‘woo-woo’ stuff, now many in the medical field recommend it. I practice meditation regularly, usually daily. I find it soothing and appreciate the down time before I start my day. Sometimes I have a particular focus and set a specific intention, and other times I just stay quiet and listen.
I keep a meditation journal and record whatever thoughts flit through my mind, including music, people, ideas, etc. This has proven very helpful when I want to trace back when thoughts first surfaced, as many of my thoughts lead to plans and actions. I often get ideas for articles, books, and other projects.
One of my friends and readers sent me an email with a question regarding meditation and the role it plays with specific reference to connecting with one’s guides. I immediately thought it was a great idea and got to work on it as soon as possible. I asked the Archangels for their input, and their response follows.
