Why Does Anyone Have to Prove Anything?

Why Can’t We Just Be at Peace with Ourselves?

I love reading articles on Medium, as well we writing them. I love the community and enjoy the interaction. I was a reader here before I wrote anything. Yesterday, I opened up the app, and scanned the articles sent my way, and as always, there were some I wanted to read and others that didn’t appeal. What I noticed, however, was three or four articles declaring as well as demanding proof that something was or wasn’t real, and I wondered why some people feel this is so necessary.

One was offering proof that there was a god, another demanded proof there wasn’t a god, and so it went, on and on. I know some people require proof in order to believe something, and that’s okay. Some people are able to accept a truth without proof, on faith, and that’s okay, too. What is not okay is pushing your beliefs and non-beliefs on others. I think people who feel the need to do that either have serious doubts about what they believe, or they’re just very angry, unhappy people, and that’s a shame.

I channel the Archangels. Some people believe that, and others don’t, and that’s okay either way. Those who follow me usually feel my truth in their hearts more than in their minds. Many are led to my work by the Angels, I know. I always say to take what resonates and leave…
