What is an Ethereal Retreat?

I’ve been reading a lot lately, and I recently came across something called ethereal or etheric retreats. These are described as places you can visit out of body through things like astral travel, dreaming, and meditation. I’d never heard of them, at least not by that name, so I asked the Archangels for more information. Below is their response.
Question: Are there such things as etheric or ethereal retreats? Can you please describe them and whether or not anyone can go there and how?
Answer:
Let us talk about the meaning of a retreat first. Most people go or would like to go on a retreat when they want to rejuvenate after having to deal with the stress of life. There is nothing wrong with this, and it can be very effective. Vacations usually are a kind of retreat from the everyday and offer enjoyment. Many people differ in terms of what they look for in a retreat or vacation, and there are many choices, including some that feature various forms of recreation as well as relaxation, and there are spiritual retreats as well, usually meant to help those who go there find peace and grow spiritually. You can find all of these in many places around the world.
