What a great question! I used to wonder the same thing, and I think you’ll be surprised at what the Angels say. First of all, there are various reason why people do the things they do, including the life plan our soul made for this lifetime. I had a hard time grasping that all people, regardless of what they have done in their lives, are forgiven, and we’re loved unconditionally. On the one hand, that’s great news, but on the other hand, I couldn’t help questioning why Hitler, serial killers and the like never had to pay for their actions.

What the Angels say is that everything happens for a reason, and that violent actions also teach important lessons, and as souls, we agree to help each other learn. Souls plan and agree on their parts in each others’ lives.

Also, the Archangels were created to help us while we’re on Earth, and they completely understand us. They’ve said the things we consider sins or mistakes are usually just part of being human.

Finally - and this was very hard for me to accept - they consider us to be their equals! Yes, they can do things we can’t do, but we can do things they can’t do, also. Things need to change on Earth, and they can guide and help, but they can’t make the changes themselves, only we can change things. They love and accept us as we are, but they also admire and appreciate us. I couldn’t even say they consider us equals out loud for a long time, but it’s true.

They went on to say we’re all connected to God and each other through the divine spark of elemental Love within all of us. We’re finding our way to each other and unity.
