Truth is relative. What one considers truth another considers fallacy. Proof also is relative. Quoting scripture to the atheist is as worthless to that person as an atheist explaining that there is no scientific proof that supports their religious beliefs. They don’t care. Their truth is their truth.

We all make sense of the world and our lives the best we can. Whatever you do or don’t believe, if the path you choose leads to peace of mind, does it really matter? No one needs to understand or agree with anyone else’s belief system. Why would anyone care? Why does anyone try to prove someone is wrong? If you’re comfortable in your own belief system, religious or not, why does another’s beliefs bother you to the point of explaining why they are wrong?

To each their own. Live and let live!
