Energetic self-care is important and should be addressed regularly. Right now, a lot of us are dealing with old trauma raising its ugly head into our consciousness, not to mention dealing with the everyday stress of life. As unpleasant as this can be, there is a good reason for us to revisit it, and that reason is to heal. There is a lot of healing energy surrounding us right now, so as we rehash unhappy memories and clear out energy we don’t want or need, we have help with processing all of it.
I wrote recently about how healing is a life-long journey. Even after we accept, process, and make peace with the past, we need to stay aware of how we’re feeling, what emotions are peeking through, and if those emotions are uncomfortable, we need to devote some time to transforming them. One of the things to keep in mind is that energy does not die, but it can move, and it can be transformed to higher vibrational energy.
Whether we are triggered by something, have bad dreams, or just have a crappy day, it’s important to deal with the attached emotions sooner rather than later. I asked the Archangels how we can best transform traumatic energy that stays in our bodies, and their informative response follows.
