This is a great, if complex, question. In other dimensions, like where the Angels reside, time and space works differently. The Angels don’t have bodies to maintain like we do, so physical rest isn’t needed. There are times they relax and regroup, but as they do that, they’re also doing many other things in many other places. They’re not limited to one time and place like most of us are here.
