The Shift is important because it affects everyone on Earth, including the planet itself. The AAs estimate it’ll take about two generations for major, world level change is obvious. The work won’t all be done by then, but it will be well on the way, we’ll have a strong plan in place, and more people than not will be aware of it and involved in it.

So many people feel the changes in energy and the differences between dimensions, even if they don’t know what it is. They just feel different. Some are discovering new psychic gift and others are connecting with guides for the first time, all because of the changes in dimension.

Keep in mind also that time as we know it is linear, while time in the soul realms is cyclical and never runs out, so time has more significance on Earth. We’re very much more time driven than they are.
