Our souls do plan for some of the trauma we experience in order for us to grow spiritually, but there is also trauma that we and others are causing do to free will. Our guardians protect us from a lot of it, but they cannot override the life plan or free will. They often intervene by providing obstacles to the actions from free will choices or trigger thoughts, intuition, etc. thanks for the question! Blessings.
