Marc, you’re such a sweetheart for including me in this great article. I’ve enjoyed your company as much as you have mine. I have a theory about your communication with animals. I think it’s your energy, at least in part. Animals can sense energy, which is why they’re considered good judges of character.

I turn 60 in January, and I’m feeling it, too. My son recently told me he wants me to live forever, especially now that he’s an expectant father. It got me moving a little more and eating healthier food. My drink of choice is Coca Cola. Can’t get enough, but I’ve limited myself to weekends now.
