Less Stress and More Joy, Please!

Navigating Difficult Times

I can feel the collective stress and fear around me. Thankfully, I know it’s not necessarily my feelings, but I’m sensitive to those around me, and it’s disturbing. There are so many things stressing us out these days, and as more issues upset us, they’re added onto an already overflowing plate of stress we struggle with on a daily basis. I want help for myself and for all of you, so I asked the Archangels for some guidance. Below, you’ll find their response.

Question: How can we bring more joy and less stress into our lives?

Answer:

This is an appropriate question with everything happening in the world right now. We have touched on this topic in the past, but it bears reviewing. There are so many factors that add to already high levels of stress many people already combat. Let’s first touch on some additional stress everyone is experiencing and why, before we talk about how to better address things in your life. It is easier to deal with stress when you identify its origin.

Energy affects everyone, and there has never been a time when there has been more energy swirling inside, on and around the Earth as there is right now. These are good, high vibrational energies of Love, Light, and healing, but it takes time to adjust and build capacity
