I’ve had my share of abusive remarks, also, and I have to wonder why someone even reads my stuff if they hate it so much! I have no problem with people disagreeing respectfully, but when it turns into verbal abuse, there’s something very wrong. I haven’t blocked a lot of people, but there have been a few who I just refuse to deal with. I agree, life is too short. I think there are some people who are so dissatisfied with their life, they want others to be just as miserable as they are. I feel sorry for them, but I don’t excuse them. I remember my mother telling me when I was a kid that if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. Too bad so many people didn’t have as wonderful a mother as I did!

Don’t let it get you down. People like that are not worth your time.
