I’m so sorry you’re struggling. There’s a saying, “When it rains, it pours,” that describes life sometimes, like everything you’re going through hitting all at once.

First of all, I know you want a two way communication with the Angels, and you can get there, but know that they will hear you if you ask for their help. I bought a course on Mediumship, one of those do it at your own pace classes that really helped me break through some of the self doubt that is so present when you try to start connecting with your Guides. I ended up not finishing it, because I started channeling, but it really helped ground me. The course was by Suzanne Giessman, and I also recommend her book, Messages of Hope.

Different things work for different people. Before you work on channeling, work on your peace of mind. Meditation works well for me, and you can set the intention beforehand to connect with high Guides and to find peace of mind simultaneously. Reiki also helped open me to channel. Kathleen Johnson is a Master Reiki practitioner you can google, and she’s wonderful. She doesn’t just send Reiki, she first offers counsel and genuinely cares about helping people. Unfortunately, she’s battling COVID right now, so give her a couple weeks to recover. She’s the most gifted energy person I know.

I wish I could give you a step by step playbook, but everyone is so different, as is what works for them. You might want to read about the “clairs” and try to figure out what you’re strongest in. I’m clairaudient, meaning I hear the Angels, rather than see them. I’ve always been very sensitive to sound, and I remember a lot of what I hear. Try to figure out which human sense you learn best with, and match it to the clair that’s closest to it for a clue.
