I’m always sad to hear about anyone who’s persecuted for whatever reason, much less giving their life. Not everyone has the fortitude to do that; I’m not sure I would. Also, I don’t think we’re expected to do that. We’re loved unconditionally. Still, I admire anyone who stands up for their beliefs. Maybe someday, we’ll get passed having to do that, because people will realize that whether you agree or disagree with someone else’s beliefs, you should respect them. I’m all for live and let live.
