I love this, Ted, and thanks for the mention. I love the term, visitation dreams, because it’s very fitting. I have them with my husband, parents, and sister, and they really are with me. It’s a kick!

It’s hard to tell the difference between thoughts, memories, and claircognizance, or the knowing, downloading of real information from our souls and guides, especially if you’re not familiar with it, but as you said, just because you don’t understand or recognize it doesn’t mean it’s not real. I get these downloads more frequently, and I really try to pay attention to them, not only because they’re interesting, but because they help me understand myself and my life better.
