Question: Can you please weigh in on prayer? What is it , how important is it, and what’s the best way to go about it?
Answer:
Prayer is not a requirement, but a recommendation. The Creator loves you, whether you pray or not. There is no right or wrong way to pray, but there are right and wrong reasons to pray.
Do not pray for harm to come to others. Instead, pray for strength and guidance to rise above emotions such as hatred, vengeance, jealousy, and the like. You can learn to do this if you so choose, and it will bring you much more satisfaction than seeing others suffer, whether or not you believe they deserve it. Judging and condemning others is no one’s role on Earth. Instead, practice praying for the good of all.
Neither should you treat prayer as a wish list, expecting everything on it to be handed over to you. While it is true that you are worthy of all good things, and that Angels and other entities help people to achieve many goals, you must be willing to do your part in making things happen. No problem is insurmountable, but you must be actively involved in working on a solution. So many prayers are answered in ways that differ from how you imagined they would be. All answered prayers reflect what is best for all concerned.
