How to Raise Your Vibration
And Feel Great Most of the Time
I’ve always known there was more to life than what our five senses show us. Some people think of this “more” as God, Spirit, Universal Energy, among others. For some it’s religious in nature. For others it’s spiritual in nature. For many, it just is, and they don’t have a category for it. There is no right or wrong way to relate to this power, and if you don’t believe in it at all, in any form, that’s okay, too.
When I made the decision to explore this “more” beyond a faith connection, I started looking into how exactly someone goes about doing that. I kept reading and hearing that it’s important to raise your vibration, especially if you wanted to make a connection with your guides, because their vibrations are so much higher than ours, which can make it challenging to break through.
Okay…so how exactly do you do that? I found many ambiguous answers, along with many qualifiers that different things work for different people. Please keep that in mind as you read on and learn what worked for me.
