Hi, MM. It’s basically just good thoughts, instead of bad. If you come across someone who irritates you, instead of thinking they’re a jerk or stupid, catch yourself and simply wish them well. You don’t have to interact with them, but when you catch yourself thinking negatively, you correct yourself and wish them well. Thoughts have energy, energy surrounds and affects us, and we are energy.
When you start doing this, you’ll notice you don’t hold on to anger and can go back to being calm, thereby in touch with your power and on less of an emotional roller coaster. Some people call that prayer or meditation or just self talk. What we call it doesn’t matter. It’s the positive energy we tap into and share with others.
