Hi Megan. Thanks for sharing. It sounds like you’ve found better ways that work for you, and that’s great. Different things work for different people. Crystals and rituals work great for some, self educating and getting counseling works for others, and some benefit from meds (clinical depression and anxiety are chemical imbalances in the brain, and neither crystals nor self help books are likely to fix them). Thankfully, there are lots of options. The trick is to find what works best for the individual. There is no one best way for everyone, because we’re all so different. Thanks again.
