Hi , Judy. The way I understand it, not all souls are on Earth at the same time. Many are planning their next lives. I don’t know the ratio of number of souls on Earth as opposed to those who are not incarnated, but it’s kind of like a revolving door. Souls return while others leave. Does that make sense.?
