Hi Christine,

I know what you mean. If ever there was evil incarnate it was him, surely. I have asked about Hitler, although I didn’t ask if he was forgiven (I’ll get back to that). Instead I asked how anyone could do the things he did, because I just can’t fathom how anyone could commit such heinous crimes without conscience.

The Archangels told me he was raised in an abusive atmosphere and was mentally ill. That in no way is an excuse, obviously, but he was definitely unwell.

The Angels say that what we would call Hell is not for humans. When we die, we return to the appropriate dimension, review our own lives and plan for the next. All of us progress each lifetime as we learn needed lessons to reach higher dimensions. I’ve heard from psychic mediums that, regardless of what happened during a previous lifetime, souls are not evil when they cross back over, but they are remorseful.

The goal of all souls is to grow to the point that they can relate to and commune with God. All of us make progress toward that end each lifetime. The entities in the place we would call Hell are not capable of rising above the lower emotions. They can’t grow or learn to be better, which is why they’re not allowed to leave.

The idea of Karma in some religions address this in more detail. I think it’s more complicated than that, and the Angels say Karma is greatly misunderstood, so I don’t know if that will address your question any better than I have.

As an aside, Hitler got the idea for the Holocaust from the American treatment of Native Americans, which horrifies me, but it points out that Hitler wasn’t the first or the last to attempt genocide. The biggest difference between them is that the Holocaust is better known, while the genocide of the Native Americans was largely swept under the carpet at a time when such things were more easily hidden. I think one of the lessons to be learned here is that everyone has free will. Some people use it for evil purposes, some make better choices, while others use their free will to disassociate from atrocities committed and not get involved. The world isn’t likely to change permanently until the vast majority of people get involved to assure fair, humane, equal treatment for all.

That day is coming.
