Hi, Addie. Such a relatable article. I used to get so irritated when my doctor would tell me I had to reduce the stress in my life! I know the physical stuff is important, and I’m lax about it, I know. What I do try to make time for is ten minutes of quiet with just myself daily. It’s a time I use to check how I’m feeling and how I’m doing mentally/emotionally. I use it to ground myself, send good energy to others and take some for myself. I wish I’d done that when I was your age, when I was raising kids, taking care of my terminally I’ll husband and aging parents, and working multiple jobs. Hang in there!
