Hey, William, it’s so nice to hear from you. I agree that we learn and grow through all of these things, good and bad. I don’t think it’s positive or even beneficial to try NOT to experience things like anger and fear, but the trick is to not get stuck there for very long. When I get mad at something, it no longer feels comfortable, so I notice it right away and do whatever I need to do to let it go. We’re human, so we’re going to have some rough emotional times, but if we can learn to process and release those feelings as quickly as possible, we’ve learned something.

Regarding regrets, that’s a tough one, but if you think about it, regret, shame, and guilt serve no good purpose. The Angels emphasize that everything we go through serves a purpose as well as provides an opportunity for growth. This particular message takes that a step further and explains that even when something we do affects someone negatively, that often leads to something positive down the road.

Lastly, we all do the best we can do in life. Sometimes that falls short of our vision or intention, and sometimes we look back and think of things we could’ve done differently that might have turned out better, but we don’t always have a chance to think things over as carefully in the moment as we do when we dissect it later on. Be kind to yourself, just as you’re kind to others, and I know that you are. Blessings, dear friend.
