Hey Glen, just wanted to say that there are lots of different ways to meditate, and none are right or wrong except as how they work for the individual. Taking a walk is another way to meditate. I think it’s usually helpful to set an intention, like “I’m searching for guidance about (fill in the blank)” or “I’m seeking a little peace of mind and to remember that it’ll all work out.”
