Hey Ben, great to hear from you. The whole CEO shooting gave me a lot to think about, good and bad. Seeing people unite in their unacceptance of the business practices used by that company was encouraging, but the celebration of a man being murdered was very discouraging for me. I don’t think killing someone should ever be celebrated. On the positive side, did you hear BCBS suspended their plan to stop covering anesthesia at a certain point after the guy was killed? If we can just figure out how to get out points across and be heard without resorting to violence…. Obviously, things need to change in the insurance industry and elsewhere, but we need to build bridges, not kill people. I’m hoping as things change, it doesn’t include more violence. Blessings.
