Have you considered moving to a retirement community with a minimum age around 55? I don’t think it’s likely the parents are going to be able or willing to fix the problem if this has already gone on for years. Also, right or wrong, most companies are not going to chance a lawsuit filed about a special needs kid. Good luck!
