Great question, and I wondered if they would go into that. They didn’t this time, but have in the past. Understand that the Angels love all of us unconditionally, so they rarely take sides and never condemn or judge any of us. Having said that, they have spoken about violence and abuse and understand how hard it is to forgive that kind of trauma. They say forgiveness will eventually come, although not necessarily in this lifetime, and if you can’t reach that point it’s okay. In a case like that, they want us to focus on healing, putting our well being before anything else. Whatever we need to do to heal is most important, and if that means cutting the abuser out of your life, you should.

The advice they gave today was for families that needed to heal and could do that without cutting ties. They tried to present both sides equally and lovingly in hopes that any residual anger left over from childhood/parenthood on either side could be soothed. They tried to give both parents and children some insight to each other.

Hope that answers your question. Thanks, and blessings.
