Great information, thanks. I’ve tried several things, also, but the one I like the best is an internal flame housed in my root chakra, like a pilot light. I visualize it burning brighter as it climbs through each chakra, then back down again. I’ve never used sound, but now I’m really curious. I’m very sensitive to sound. How do you choose the right singing bowl etc.?
