Good to hear from you, Jamie, how are you? Full communion with the Creator refers to when a soul has learned all the lessons needed to fully understand God, kind of like you’re on the same page. At this point, there’s no need to return to Earth for more lifetimes of learning, because you “get it” now. I’m not sure if, at that point, you’re considered an Ascended Master, or just kind of a graduate! Anyway, it’s where all souls want to be.
