Free Will is a Divine Gift

The Archangels Offer Perspective and Clarity

I’ve noticed that a lot of people who have been spiritually abused and traumatized through religious doctrine and practices are very angry, and who can blame them? Many people have shared their stories on Medium, and I’d be angry if I’d had those experiences, too. I do, however think that some of that anger is misplaced.

I get impatient with the blame games played on Earth so often. At some point, all the blaming needs to stop, so the healing and solutions can be found. There’s a lot of persecution against Christians and Christianity on Medium. I don’t agree with the persecution of anyone, whether we think and act alike, or not. I find it ironic that both Christians and angry victims of religious abuse quote the Bible so often to support their points of view.

Christian zealots quote the Bible as a source to excuse and justify their treatment of others and their attempts to force people to do what their religion says they should do, whether people are in agreement or not. Victims of religious abuse quote the Bible to support their hatred and anger toward God and religion. What neither group seems to consider is that God doesn’t dictate what happens on Earth. People do.

Before you start bashing me, let me clarify that I’m not saying God couldn’t…
