For me, it kind of comes down to self care. I use crystals for protection and grounding, but what really helps me is spending time with myself. I meditate with the intention to find peace, and I analyze what I’m feeling and why. If I’m feeling anxious for no reason, I clear my chakras and pray or meditate. I may take the day off from writing and do something fun or soothing. I also like to walk barefoot in grass and picture myself anchored to the Earth, like trees. My good friend focuses on grounding when she showers and pictures all the stress going down the drain.
Experiment a little bit with different things. The most important things are setting a clear intention and visualizing for me, but everyone is different. I hope that helped. Blessings!
