Esther, I totally get you. I’ve come to the conclusion that these zealots act under a combination of unfounded fear and ignorance. They only listen to others like them, and they believe everything they tell each other. If they think Same sex marriage is wrong, that’s their prerogative, but why they think they have the right to force their beliefs on others is crazy. I would say they’ll never get their way, but like you, I think the Roe reversal puts all personal rights on standby.

The one positive is that the outrage over Roe’s reversal brought more people together than anything in recent history. I’m hoping we don’t have to fight any more reversals, but I think the majority of people have made their support for abortion rights and marriage rights felt and recognized. We can’t let this stuff stand! Thanks for the article. I hope more people get involved before any other personal rights are taken away.
