Christian Nationalists Want to Groom Children
Their Attack on Education Will Be Disastrous
Knowledge is power. That’s why Christian nationalists want to take charge of school curriculums and limit and control what public school and private school children learn. Make no mistake, they mean to control their minds and indoctrinate them into Christianity. Not just any Christianity, but whichever form they approve of, and not so they can serve God, praise Jesus, or any other religious reason, but so they are more easily controlled and manipulated. This is about power, not religion.
Louisiana has mandated that all public school classrooms display prominently the Ten Commandments. Oklahoma has mandated that the Bible be taught in public schools as part of US History and has threatened to take away teaching certificates if teachers refuse to do so. Apparently, it’s not enough that parents can practice and teach whatever religion they choose for their children, they want to limit other parents’ choices in religion and how others bring up their children. They want to spread the word that their religion is the only true religion, and every other religion is inferior and meaningless, but that’s not the ultimate goal. The final goal is to run the country as they see fit.
