As they explained it to me, very little if the soul remains in Alzheimer’s patients. Some part does, or the body would not be alive, but mostly, the soul is free if the body. The energy of a soul is more than a human body can handle, so it’s never completely within the body. As the disease progresses, more of the souls energy joins the rest of it.
