A church is as good as the people within it. I think the younger generations are more globally minded and more likely to respect and embrace differences, which can lead to fixing things if they don’t get so frustrated and disgusted that they wash their hands of churches and religion in totality. I think your idea of meeting with people and exchanging ideas is a great start.
